Downloading the Xactimate Demo

1. Click Add to Cart

2. Fill out just like this

3. You Should have the 1 item in your cart. Hit Checkout

4. Fill in your information. Hit Continue

5. Verify everything is correct. Hit Submit Order, there will a $0.00 charge.

6. The product key code is important!!!

Save this code write it down or screenshot it. Put it somewhere safe. This is how Xactimate knows who you are.  When you are done, hit Download and Install.

7. Click on the Getting Started button

8. Now go to the Download and click here to download the Desktop version (not Mobile or Online).

  • When Xactimate is downloaded there should be an Icon on your desktop or on your toolbar.
  • Please make sure your icon looks like the one above, if not, you could have the wrong version of Xactimate
  • Before you open it go to your email and verify your email address.
  • After you open Xactimate, use your email and password to log in
