If you are looking to kickstart your career in insurance adjusting, this class is well worth the investment! The lead instructor, Billy, is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the adjusting field and does his best to impart that knowledge on his students. Additionally, the structure of this course is designed to replicate an actual deployment, helping to further prepare MileHigh students for the field. When you leave this class, you will be, at a minimum, proficient with Xactimate, inspecting, scoping, and writing claims. Like all things in life, what you take from this class will depend on your approach and attitude. Everything about Mile High Adjusters program had been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from the first phone call I made to the completion of the class!! Billy is hands down the most INCREDIBLE teacher and instructor I have ever experienced. He makes the information hilarious and fun while learning and is able to explain things in many different ways so that everyone understands! He has the a huge amount of patience for questions and explanation! Mark and Chris have also been fantastic and so helpful with everything along the way to getting here, resume assistance, etc.. I rarely do reviews but this school has change my mind . Billy is a great instructor !!!He go out of his ways to help you if you don't understand . everyone at Milehigh Adjuster has been very helpful . I highly highly recommend this school to anyone who are interested in getting their Claim Adjuster or Xactimate classes .

I did a fair amount of research and also consulted with friends who are or have worked in the industry. There are many places that give cookie cutter instruction so one can pass a licensing exam, but Mile High Adjusters Houston is not that. I chose MHAH because of recommendations by friends and believing that my training would be far more comprehensive and Mark, Billy, and Chris did not disappoint. Having been self-employed as a contractor in other industries for most of my life, I realize being well prepared and presenting a professional appearance would be key and I feel MHAH has given me those tools.

High level training for the entire transition process to the Adjuster career. The bootcamp course is entertaining and educational beyond just the entry level information. The instructor was patient and takes time for each individual so he doesn't leave anyone behind. The classroom was clean and conformable, with lots of coffee and snacks available. I'll say, you won't be disappointed.

I came down from the Dallas/Forth Worth area to take this course in hopes to become more comfortable taking claims. Truthfully, I did not review the establishment in depth before coming out. The 10-day course I took turned into a wonderful experience. All the employees at the school were very respectful and down to earth. Billy, the instructor, is not only very experienced and knowledgeable, but he also has a sense of humor that makes the class fun and entertaining. Highly recommend this school for those who are wanting to better their skills, and network with some genuine people.

The Mile High crew are helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to work with you every step of the way to succeed in becoming an adjuster. Billy, the instructor, is thorough and you feel much more confident entering the world of adjusters when you finish the class. I highly recommend Mile High for anyone who is thinking about becoming and adjuster. I would suggest taking the licensing class even if you are living outside of Texas, it will help you understand what is expected on the licensing test.
